Lead Detective Hank Murphy and partner Joe Branka have exhausted all leads and case files in their search of a ruthless serial killer that is stalking the city streets and killing with no mercy while hiding in the shadows. With the victims increasing by the day and the press coverage adding pressure to the investigation, an unexpected call from a mysterious stranger may be what the Detectives need to close the case and catch the killer.
